RULES

1 You must select a squad of 12 players, comprising of one goalkeeper, four defenders,
four midfielders and three forwards.

2 You can select only one player from a Premier League club.

3 You will be allowed to make four changes to your team each month during the season.

4 Transfers can be made any time during the season, ie no transfer window.

5 When making a transfer the incoming player must match the position of the outgoing player,
eg if you have Christian Benteke as one of your forwards you could only replace him with
another forward.

6 Transfer deadline is 12.30, Saturday dinnertime. Requests received after that time will not
take effect until the following weekend. Transfer requests will not count for midweek games
unless submitted before the Saturday deadline. In the event of a Friday night fixture, then transfers
involving the teams playing in that fixture must be received before that match kick off. If any requests
are received after the Friday match has kicked off then (as long as they don't involve clubs playing in
the Friday night game) they will be processed as normal upto the usual transfer deadline. If a request
is received after the Friday game has kicked off and it involves players from clubs in the Friday
fixture then they will not be counted for that weekend.

7 If one of your players transfers to another Premier League club during the season then
you won't have to change your team. However, when you come to make a transfer then you
must readdress the balance of your team in your moves. For example, if Sergio Aguero
is transferred to Norwich then you will be allowed to keep him and your original Norwich
player. When you come to make a transfer then you must drop one of the Norwich players.

8 If one of your players is transferred outside of the Premier League during the season then
tough!! You will carry on for the remainder of the season with that player unless you transfer
him out of your squad.

12 Prize money cannot be confirmed until all entry fees are received. I expect prize money to
be made available to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th places. A monthly Manager of the Month prize
will be made available to the manager who scores most points during a month.
Prizes will be awarded to the cup winners and runners-up, and the losing semi-finalists.

13 All match information, ie players, scorers, bookings, etc, will be taken primarily from
http://classic.fantasyleague.com/Stat/Fixtures.aspx . In the event of a goalscorer being amended
as a result of the dubious goals panel, this will NOT be amended in this competition. Whatever
is initially published the weekend of a goal will stand.

14 The Fantasy Cup competition will be on a knockout basis. Results will be based on a team's
points scored on the nominated weekend with the winner proceeding to the next round.

15 In the event of a cup tie being drawn, then a replay will take place the following weekend.

16 In the event of a preliminary round taking place, the teams participating in this round will
be made up from those entries received latest, ie the earlier you get your entry in then
you will have more chance of receiving a bye to the First Round.

and goal difference then positions (and prize money if appplicable) will be shared.

being removed from the competition.
